Once you have added money to your Sixerspot account, it cannot be removed. You can use your money on the website to participate in leagues, entertaining activities, and competitions. We reserve the right to review and, if necessary, issue refunds or credits in the event of technical difficulties. Once cancellation fees and taxes have been deducted, Sixerspot is responsible for determining whether to reimburse a user. Money will be returned to the wallet account from which it was deducted.
Please send an email within 48 hours if you have any questions about this. A refund is processed using the same payment method or funding source as the original transaction. We will refund you within 5 to 7 days after we receive your email if funds were processed to your credit card or bank account without being credited to your Sixerspot wallet.

A user who violates our Fair Play standards will have their account disabled immediately and their wallet balance will be zeroed out. Legal action can also be taken against users who violate our Fair Play policy.
